I recently purchased a home, and to say the least, I’ve seen just about every home in Park Hill neighborhood for the past 2 years while on the house hunt. None came even close to the finish and attention to detail that Bacon Builders give their projects. From the moment I walked in, I knew that this is the style and finish I’ve been looking for.
During the buying process, Amanda and Adam were very responsive and dedicated to making all resolutions a success (which there were very few to begin with). I’ve purchased several homes in the past, and without a doubt this was the smoothest and most pleasant experience to date! Many people ask us why we work in Park Hill. For Adam, it’s because of the architecture. Park Hill has some of Denver’s most beautiful old homes with unique character, from Tudors and Brick Bungalows to beautiful Victorians. He likes to keep the “bones” of a beautiful brick home on the outside and then remodel the inside to make it more modern. We also love Park Hill because you can have a nice home with a big yard and beautiful trees in the middle of Denver! Living in Park Hill you really get a sense of community and we love meeting and talking to the people that make up this every changing neighborhood.
